Tout en soutenant et approfondissant la pratique de m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience, ce programme d\u00e9veloppe les qualit\u00e9s de c\u0153ur envers nous-m\u00eame et les autres. Il permet en particulier d'explorer davantage les sch\u00e9mas persistants dysfonctionnels concernant la relation \u00e0 soi et aux autres (auto-critique, manque d'\u00e9quilibre entre donner aux autres et recevoir...).<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9 aux professionnels de sant\u00e9 ou de la relation d'aide, souvent plus vuln\u00e9rables aux situations de stress ou de burn-out.<\/p>\n<h2>Quels sont les objectifs du programme MBCL ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>L'objectif premier est d'explorer et d'exp\u00e9rimenter les pratiques de compassion et d'auto-compassion.<\/p>\n<p>L'engagement dans le programme et la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans la pratique permettent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- de r\u00e9duire et de pr\u00e9venir les \u00e9tats de stress, d\u00e9pressifs, ou d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>- d'apprivoiser plus sereinement les douleurs physiques et les souffrances \u00e9motionnelle et relationnelle,<\/li>\n<li>- d'identifier son \"critique int\u00e9rieur\" et de transformer le regard s\u00e9v\u00e8re que nous portons parfois sur nous-m\u00eame en un regard doux et compatissant,<\/li>\n<li>- d'explorer les parties de soi plus difficiles \u00e0 contacter et approfondir sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 puiser en soi-m\u00eame les ressources de gu\u00e9rison,<\/li>\n<li>- d'apprendre \u00e0 soigner plut\u00f4t que gu\u00e9rir,<\/li>\n<li>- de d\u00e9velopper sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre en main la responsabilit\u00e9 de sa propre vie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Comment se d\u00e9roule le programme MBCL ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Le programme MBCL est un entra\u00eenement syst\u00e9matique, progressif et structur\u00e9 qui se d\u00e9roule en groupe. Il se compose de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- 8 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires de 2h30 + une journ\u00e9e d'approfondissement de la pratique en silence<\/li>\n<li>- un entra\u00eenement personnel quotidien de 45 \u00e0 60 min \u00e0 inclure dans son emploi du temps personnel<\/li>\n<li>- la distribution d'un livret d'exercices compl\u00e9mentaires et d'enregistrements audio de soutien \u00e0 la pratique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans un climat d'\u00e9coute attentive et bienveillante, le programme repose sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- diff\u00e9rents types de pratiques m\u00e9ditatives de pleine conscience : assise, allong\u00e9e, en mouvement (\u00e9tirements doux, marche consciente),<\/li>\n<li>- des \u00e9changes d'exp\u00e9riences permettant de partager au sein du groupe son ressenti du moment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Quelles sont les contre-indications du programme MBCL ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Il existe certaines difficult\u00e9s pour lesquelles le programme MBCL n'est pas adapt\u00e9 et qui n\u00e9cessitent d'autres types d'accompagnement sp\u00e9cifiques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- absence de pratique de la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience<\/li>\n<li>- situation de crise (personnelle, professionnelle, relationnelle...)<\/li>\n<li>- troubles psychiatriques non stabilis\u00e9s (troubles bi-polaires, troubles psychotiques (hallucinations, d\u00e9lires...)<\/li>\n<li>- troubles de l'attention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Existe-t-il des preuves scientifiques de l'efficacit\u00e9 d'un tel programme\u00a0 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le programme MBCL se base sur\u00a0 les traditions et enseignements issus d\u2019autres m\u00e9thodes d\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la compassion ainsi que sur les derni\u00e8res d\u00e9couvertes issues des neurosciences. La compassion active certaines zones du cerveau bien pr\u00e9cises.
