L'engagement dans le programme et la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans la pratique permettent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- d'approfondir le calme et la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 en soi<\/li>\n<li>- de d\u00e9couvrir une approche de gestion de stress et des \u00e9motions participatives et pr\u00e9ventive<\/li>\n<li>- d'apprendre \u00e0 observer en soi pour mieux faire face aux situations stressantes<\/li>\n<li>- d'acqu\u00e9rir des outils simples d'entra\u00eenement attentionnel et de r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle<\/li>\n<li>- de d\u00e9velopper la confiance en soi et am\u00e9liorer les relations interpersonnelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>A qui s'adresse le programme MBSR ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Le programme MBSR s'adresse :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- aux personnes souffrant de douleurs chroniques (migraine, c\u00e9phal\u00e9e, fibromyalgie, lombalgie, douleurs post-cancer...)<\/li>\n<li>- \u00e0 toute personne qui vit un changement (professionnel, retraite, divorce...)<\/li>\n<li>- aux aidants naturels qui vivent et agissent dans l'entourage imm\u00e9diat d'une personne souffrante ou en perte d'autonomie (cancer, alzheimer...)<\/li>\n<li>- \u00e0 toute personne devant faire face \u00e0 des p\u00e9riodes d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de stress, de burn-out, de d\u00e9pression, de troubles du sommeil...<\/li>\n<li>- mais aussi, \u00e0 tous ceux qui ressentent le besoin de se maintenir en bonne sant\u00e9 et qui cherchent \u00e0 vivre plus intens\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Comment se d\u00e9roule le programme MBSR ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Le programme se compose de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- 8 s\u00e9ances de 2h30 hebdomadaire + une journ\u00e9e d'approfondissement<\/li>\n<li>- un entra\u00eenement personnel quotidien de 45 \u00e0 60 min<\/li>\n<li>- la distribution d'un livret d'exercices et d'enregistrements audio de soutien \u00e0 la pratique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il repose sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- diff\u00e9rents types de pratiques m\u00e9ditatives de pleine conscience : assise, allong\u00e9e, en mouvement (\u00e9tirements doux, marche consciente),<\/li>\n<li>- des \u00e9changes d'exp\u00e9riences permettant de partager au sein du groupe son ressenti du moment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Quelles sont les contre-indications du programme MBSR ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Il existe certaines difficult\u00e9s pour lesquelles le programme MBSR n'est pas adapt\u00e9 et qui n\u00e9cessitent d'autres types d'accompagnement sp\u00e9cifiques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- d\u00e9pression en phase aig\u00fce<\/li>\n<li>- troubles bi-polaires non stabilis\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>- troubles psychotiques (hallucinations, d\u00e9lires...)<\/li>\n<li>- troubles de l'attention<\/li>\n<li>- attaques de panique r\u00e9currentes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qui a cr\u00e9e le programme MBSR ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le programme de r\u00e9duction du stress bas\u00e9e sur la pleine conscience -<em>ou MBSR pour Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction<\/em>- a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par le Dr Jon Kabat Zinn dans les ann\u00e9es 80 aux Etats-Unis. M\u00e9decin, scientifique, \u00e9crivain, enseignant de m\u00e9ditation et professeur \u00e9m\u00e9rite \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de M\u00e9decine de l'Universit\u00e9 du Massachussets (MIT), il d\u00e9cide d'int\u00e9grer la m\u00e9ditation dans un programme de soins combinant exercices de hatha yoga et pratiques m\u00e9ditatives de pleine conscience.
