L'engagement dans le programme et la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans la pratique permettent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- de changer sa relation aux pens\u00e9es, aux sentiments et aux sensations corporelles, de l'aborder d'une nouvelle mani\u00e8re,<\/li>\n<li>- d'acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux outils pour interagir de mani\u00e8re plus cr\u00e9ative avec son mental,<\/li>\n<li>- d'agir sur la tendance \u00e0 ruminer ou \u00e0 s'inqui\u00e9ter sans cesse,<\/li>\n<li>- de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies face \u00e0 la d\u00e9tresse \u00e9motionnelle,<\/li>\n<li>- de se d\u00e9sengager des modes de pens\u00e9es habituelles et des r\u00e9actions automatiques qui entretiennent le mal-\u00eatre,<\/li>\n<li>- d'\u00e9viter ainsi la spirale qui fera retomber dans la d\u00e9pression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Comment se d\u00e9roule le programme MBCT ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Le programme MBCT est un entra\u00eenement syst\u00e9matique, progressif et structur\u00e9 qui se d\u00e9roule en groupe. Il se compose de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- 8 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires de 2h30 + une journ\u00e9e d'approfondissement de la pratique<\/li>\n<li>- un entra\u00eenement personnel quotidien de 45 \u00e0 60 min \u00e0 inclure dans son emploi du temps personnel<\/li>\n<li>- la distribution d'un livret d'exercices et d'enregistrements audio de soutien \u00e0 la pratique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans un climat d'\u00e9coute attentive et bienveillante, le programme repose sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- diff\u00e9rents types de pratiques m\u00e9ditatives de pleine conscience : assise, allong\u00e9e, en mouvement (\u00e9tirements doux, marche consciente),<\/li>\n<li>- des \u00e9changes d'exp\u00e9riences permettant de partager au sein du groupe son ressenti du moment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Quelles sont les contre-indications du programme MBCT ?<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Il existe certaines difficult\u00e9s pour lesquelles le programme MBCT n'est pas adapt\u00e9 et qui n\u00e9cessitent d'autres types d'accompagnement sp\u00e9cifiques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- d\u00e9pression en phase aig\u00fce<\/li>\n<li>- troubles bi-polaires non stabilis\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>- troubles psychotiques (hallucinations, d\u00e9lires...)<\/li>\n<li>- troubles de l'attention<\/li>\n<li>- attaques de panique r\u00e9currentes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Existe-t-il des preuves scientifiques de l'efficacit\u00e9 d'un tel programme sur la rechute d\u00e9pressive ?<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, le programme MBCT a fait ses preuves dans le monde entier. Il a fait l'objet de nombreuses \u00e9tudes scientifiques et a montr\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9pression et l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Ce programme a par exemple \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9vention des rechutes d\u00e9pressives chez des personnes ayant connu au moins trois \u00e9pisodes d\u00e9pressifs et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9 un taux de rechute diminu\u00e9 de 50% et une dur\u00e9e entre les rechutes significativement allong\u00e9 (Bondolfi et al, 2009). La revue m\u00e9dicale \"The Lancet\" a publi\u00e9 en Avril 2015 une \u00e9tude qui montre que la pleine conscience est aussi efficace contre la rechute d\u00e9pressive que les traitements anti-d\u00e9presseurs.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui a cr\u00e9e le programme MBCT ?<\/h2>\n<p>La th\u00e9rapie cognitive bas\u00e9e sur la pleine conscience pour la d\u00e9pression -<em>ou MBCT pour Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy<\/em>- a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par Zindel SEGAL, Mark WILLIAMS et John TEASDALE.
