{"id":1269,"date":"2021-02-22T14:01:22","date_gmt":"2021-02-22T13:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psychologiedelasante.fr\/?p=1269"},"modified":"2026-02-17T19:25:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T18:25:57","slug":"meditation-de-pleine-conscience-ou-mindfulness-de-quoi-sagit-il","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psychologiedelasante.fr\/index.php\/2021\/02\/22\/meditation-de-pleine-conscience-ou-mindfulness-de-quoi-sagit-il\/","title":{"rendered":"La m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-1269\"  class=\"panel-layout\" ><div id=\"pg-1269-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-1269-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1269-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"0\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h2>D\u00e9finition :<\/h2>\n<p>La pleine conscience est une qualit\u00e9 humaine qui se pr\u00e9sente naturellement lorsque l\u2019on pr\u00eate une attention toute particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 ses sensations corporelles, \u00e0 ses pens\u00e9es et \u00e0 son \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<h2>Les 3 attitudes de la pleine conscience :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 une attitude d\u2019attention vigilante \u00e0 tous les instants,<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 une attitude de non-jugement et d\u2019acceptation de ce qui se d\u00e9roule l\u00e0, dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent,<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 une attitude d\u2019observation, sans chercher \u00e0 analyser ou \u00e0 donner du sens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elle se propose de modifier la relation \u00e0 soi, aux autres et au monde.<\/p>\n<p>En prenant conscience des pens\u00e9es automatiques, des ruminations mentales et des pens\u00e9es intrusives,<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 en augmentant la conscience du corps, des \u00e9motions et des pens\u00e9es,<br \/>\n\u2013 en prenant du recul par l\u2019acceptation et le non-jugement,<br \/>\n\u2013 en d\u00e9veloppant une r\u00e9ponse adaptative imm\u00e9diate, nouvelle et ad\u00e9quate face aux situations stressantes,<\/p>\n<p>la pleine conscience permet de gagner en s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Les indications de la pleine conscience :<\/h2>\n<p>La pleine conscience trouve ses indications dans :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 le champ de la psychologie de la sant\u00e9 : stress per\u00e7u, contr\u00f4le per\u00e7u, strat\u00e9gies d\u2019ajustement, sant\u00e9, bien-\u00eatre et qualit\u00e9 de vie\u2026<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 le champ de la pathologie : douleurs chroniques, stress, d\u00e9pression, cancer, troubles de l\u2019alimentation et du sommeil, fatigue chronique\u2026<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 le champ du d\u00e9veloppement personnel : identifier ses besoins et y r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante ; am\u00e9liorer la communication et la relation aux autres ; augmenter la confiance en soi ; renforcer son efficacit\u00e9 personnelle..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Les programmes bas\u00e9s sur la pleine conscience<\/h2>\n<p>Le programme le plus connu actuellement est <a href=\"https:\/\/psychologiedelasante.fr\/index.php\/mbsr-montpellier\/\">le programme MBSR<\/a> (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction ou R\u00e9duction du Stress Bas\u00e9e sur la Pleine Conscience). Mis au point dans les ann\u00e9es 1980 par un m\u00e9decin am\u00e9ricain, le Dr Jon Kabat Zinn, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u au d\u00e9part pour r\u00e9duire le stress d\u00fb \u00e0 la maladie, aux douleurs chroniques, et aux traitements p\u00e9nibles. Il est aujourd\u2019hui conseill\u00e9, de mani\u00e8re plus large, \u00e0 toute personne pr\u00e9sentant des troubles anxieux li\u00e9s \u00e0 une histoire de vie ou \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s professionnelles (burn-out,\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psychologiedelasante.fr\/index.php\/mbct-montpellier\/\">Le programme MBCT<\/a> (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy ou Th\u00e9rapie Cognitive Bas\u00e9e sur la Pleine Conscience) a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par Zindel Segal, Mark Williams et John Teasdale en 1995 et s\u2019inscrit plut\u00f4t dans le domaine de la pr\u00e9vention des rechutes d\u00e9pressives. Des \u00e9tudes scientifiques ont montr\u00e9 un taux diminu\u00e9 de 50% et une dur\u00e9e entre les rechutes significativement allong\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psychologiedelasante.fr\/index.php\/mbcl-compassion-autocompassion\/\">Le programme MBCL<\/a> (Mindfulness Based Compassion Living ou Vivre avec compassion sur la base de la pleine conscience) est un programme bas\u00e9 sur la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience soutenant l\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la compassion et l'autocompassion. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par le Dr. Erik van den Brink et Frits Koster, il s'adresse aux participants ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 la pratique au cours d'un programme MBSR ou MBCT.
