Il ne suffit pas de s\u2019asseoir sur un support, que ce soit une chaise ou un coussin de m\u00e9ditation, en esp\u00e9rant que la pratique fasse le travail pour nous. L'attitude avec laquelle nous pratiquons est essentielle. Celle-ci s'appuie sur\u00a0 7 qualit\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; <strong>l'esprit du d\u00e9butant<\/strong> : c'est se lib\u00e9rer des attentes fond\u00e9es sur nos exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es, pour devenir r\u00e9ceptif \u00e0 de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s qui \u00e9mergent. L'intention est de voir ce\/ceux qui nous entoure\/entourent comme si c'\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois avec curiosit\u00e9 et ainsi cultiver un esprit clair et frais.<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; <strong>l'acceptation<\/strong> : c'est voir les choses telles qu'elles sont dans le pr\u00e9sent. C'est admettre, reconna\u00eetre, noter, observer... ce qui est l\u00e0, et d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; <strong>la patience<\/strong> : c'est laisser de l'espace et du temps \u00e0 notre exp\u00e9rience, s'ouvrir \u00e0 chaque moment, accepter la pl\u00e9nitude de l'instant, laissant chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment de l'exp\u00e9rience se manifester \u00e0 son propre rythme.<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; <strong>la confiance<\/strong> : c'est avoir confiance dans sa propre exp\u00e9rience, ses propres \u00e9motions et prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 d'\u00eatre soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; <strong>le non-jugement<\/strong> : c'est reconna\u00eetre la tendance qu'a l'esprit, de juger, d'\u00e9tiqueter, de cat\u00e9goriser tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment de notre exp\u00e9rience. Du mieux que nous le pouvons, la proposition est ici simplement d'observer et d'adopter la posture du t\u00e9moin neutre.<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; <strong>le non-effort<\/strong> : c'est quitter le mode \"Faire\" habituel pour le mode \"\u00catre\", en pr\u00eatant simplement attention \u00e0 ce qui est l\u00e0, sans essayer de le changer ou le transformer.<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; <strong>le l\u00e2cher-prise<\/strong> : c'est mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 la tendance de notre esprit \u00e0 valoriser les aspects de notre exp\u00e9rience qui nous attirent et \u00e0 rejeter ceux qui nous d\u00e9plaisent.
