M\u00e9decin, scientifique, \u00e9crivain, enseignant de m\u00e9ditation et professeur \u00e9m\u00e9rite \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de M\u00e9decine de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Massachussets (MIT), il d\u00e9cide d\u2019int\u00e9grer la m\u00e9ditation dans un programme de soins combinant exercices de hatha yoga et pratiques m\u00e9ditatives de pleine conscience.
